Welcome to The Glam Hub by Shilpa! These policies help us serve you better and ensure a smooth, fair experience for all our clients. By booking or using our services, you agree to follow these guidelines.


1. Appointment Booking & Confirmation

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • A confirmation message (SMS/WhatsApp/email) will be sent after booking.
  • Please review the date, time, and service details in your confirmation.
  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Free cancellations or rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
  • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 25% of the booked service amount may apply.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 50% of the service cost.
  • Emergency changes may be considered case-by-case.

3. Late Arrival

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients.
  • Late appointments may be shortened or adjusted based on availability.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via cash, card, UPI, or online wallet.
  • Full payment is due at the time of service completion.
  • Some packages or offers may require partial payment at the time of booking.

5. Price Changes

  • Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Confirmed bookings will be honored at the price agreed at the time of booking.

6. Service Satisfaction

  • Your satisfaction matters!
    If you experience any issues with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon so we can address it with adjustments or corrections.

7. Hygiene & Safety

  • We follow strict hygiene standards: all tools and equipment are sanitized between clients.
  • For health and safety reasons, please reschedule your appointment if you’re unwell or have any contagious conditions.

8. Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into the salon.
  • Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

9. Children & Guests

  • For safety, children should be accompanied by an adult.
  • Unbooked guests are requested to wait in the designated area.

10. Photography & Social Media

  • We may take photos of your finished look for promotional use (with permission).
  • Let us know if you prefer not to have your photos shared.
